Nurlaela Sari has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and growth roles in various companies. Nurlaela started their career as a Ticket Sales Representative at PT Salim Biro perjalanan Wisata in 2013. Nurlaela then became a Ticketing Manager before eventually becoming the Sales and Marketing Manager at the same company. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Manager at PT. MOMO MILK PAJAJARAN, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies and campaigns. In 2017, Nurlaela became the Country Marketing Manager at Jurant Technologies, where they collaborated with internal stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Nurlaela also worked as a Marketing Manager at DANAdidik, driving acquisition strategies for lenders and borrowers. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Marketing Manager at Pintek | Jawaban Aspirasi Pendidikan. In 2020, Nurlaela joined Pahamify (YC W20) as a Digital Marketing Strategist and later became the Growth Marketing Lead, leading the launch of growth campaigns and optimizing marketing funnels. Currently, they are the Co-Chief Executive Officer and VP of Product & Growth at Ternak Uang, responsible for channel diversification, marketing budget optimization, and strategy execution.

Nurlaela Sari attended Universitas Mercu Buana, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Nurlaela also attended SMK WIKRAMA BOGOR from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Computer Software Engineering.
