Nicolas Blanquet

Nicolas Blanquet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, human resources, and communication. As the Founder of cogitarium 360 since July 2021, Nicolas designs and facilitates training programs for professional and university audiences. Concurrently, Nicolas has been an associate at Terra Group voyages sur mesure since April 2001, holding various key roles including Human Resources Manager, where strategic development of human resources was implemented for a network of 155 employees across 19 agencies worldwide. Nicolas also served as Communication Manager, developing a multi-channel communication plan, and managed travel agencies in Brazil and Bolivia, specializing in custom travel experiences. Academically, Nicolas holds degrees from Sciences Po Lyon and Aix-Marseille University, with recent certifications in coaching and training facilitation.
