Rosario Corrao is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort since July 2021, Rosario oversees Mediterranean upscale dining focusing on organic, fresh products, and seafood. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Fi’lia honest Italian restaurant, Domus Italian Restaurant and Lounge, and Limoncello Ristorante, among others, showcasing a commitment to authentic Italian cuisine. Rosario's expertise extends to corporate chef positions for various restaurants, including Ristorante Bice at Victor Hotel and the Hotel Cardoso Sushi & Seafood Grill. Rosario holds multiple culinary degrees from Ippolito Cavalcanti Culinary Arts Academy and Scuola Alberghiera in Italy, with a career foundation built on traditional culinary training and an emphasis on fine dining experiences.
