Alex Karshakevich

Alex Karshakevich has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and technology fields.

Alex is currently working at Terra Insights as the Principal System Architect, where they are responsible for overseeing the monitoring technology used to measure areas of interest at scale.

Prior to their current role, Alex worked at M.C. Dean, Inc. for several years. Alex served as the System Engineering Manager and was involved in the research and development of technologies that transformed the company's capital construction process. Alex also worked as a System Engineer, Technical Project Manager, and Software Engineer during their time at M.C. Dean, Inc.

Before joining M.C. Dean, Inc., Alex had previous experience as the Lead Software Engineer at RK Net, Inc., and as a Software Engineer at ThoughtSpeed eCommerce and Westminster International.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated their expertise in system architecture, technical implementation, project management, and software development. Alex'sexperience spans a wide range of industries, including government, engineering, and e-commerce.

Alex Karshakevich received a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they earned an Hon. BSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
