Debbie Rofner

Debbie Rofner has a strong background in audit, compliance, and control consulting. Debbie most recently worked at TerraForm Power as a SOX Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Audit and Control Consultant at DKAR Consulting.

Debbie also has experience in the energy sector, having served as an ICFR Consultant at The Hydropothecary Corporation. Debbie played a crucial role in ensuring the company's internal controls were in compliance with industry standards.

Before their work in the energy sector, Debbie held the position of Senior Director of Operational Audit and Control at Brookfield Renewable. Debbie was responsible for overseeing the audit and control functions across the organization.
