Matthew Dahabieh

Dr. Matthew Dahabieh, SVP & Head of Green Chemistry Solutions, has over a decade of experience in biotechnology and has worked in a variety of roles, from hands-on research and scientific discovery to start-up and growth-stage corporate development.

At Terramera, Matthew leads the Green Chemistry Solutions team in harnessing the leading R&D platform and Actigate technology to develop innovative agricultural and consumer protection solutions.

Prior to joining Terramera, Matthew spent nearly four years as Chief Scientific Officer at a Vancouver-based bioengineering company, where he was involved in R&D leadership, IP matters, fundraising, and business development.

Matthew completed his MSc in Genetics, and Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of British Columbia. Matthew also has formal training in business and entrepreneurship from Simon Fraser University.
