Antonio Ulloa-Severino has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Antonio is currently the Vice President of Safety and Mission Assurance at Terran Orbital Corporation, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Technology and New Product Development at the same company from March 2022 to July 2022.
Before joining Terran Orbital Corporation, Antonio worked at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory for a significant portion of their career. Their roles at JPL included being the Europa Clipper Power Subsystem Product Delivery Manager from March 2021 to March 2022. From April 2019 to January 2022, they served as the Section Manager of Power and Sensor System Section, and from May 2017 to April 2019, they were the Deputy Section Manager of the same section.
Antonio also worked as the ARRM Spacecraft Manager from October 2016 to April 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Europa Clipper Power Product Delivery Manager from July 2013 to September 2016. Antonio briefly served as the RapidScat Sector Blanker Cognizant Engineer/CAM, where they managed a cross-discipline technical team to develop flight hardware within a strict timeframe. Antonio started their career at JPL as a Senior Electrical Engineer in July 2001 and worked in that role until April 2013. Antonio also had a role as APX from October 1996 to June 2001.
Antonio Ulloa-Severino obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles in the period of 1999 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2010 to 2012.
