Rachel Whitson

Rachel Whitson is a Senior Project Scientist at Terraphase Engineering Inc. since October 2018, with previous positions including Project Scientist, Senior Staff, and Staff. Prior to this, Rachel served as a Consultant at Ramboll from August 2017 to September 2018. Rachel's earlier experience includes working as a Research Communications Support Specialist at Duke University's Center for Genomic and Computational Biology from January 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities involved managing website content and communications. Previous roles also encompass LSE Lab Analyst at Eastman Chemical Company, where Rachel managed a laboratory section and conducted analytical tests, and an internship at Crown Laboratories, Inc. assisting in pharmaceutical quality control. Rachel holds a Master of Environmental Management with a focus on Ecotoxicology and Environmental Health from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Milligan College. Additionally, Rachel participated in the Latin American Studies Program in San Jose, Costa Rica in 2014.
