Julia Allmond, SHRM-CP, has had a successful career in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Julia began their professional journey in 2017 as a Recruiter at Aspire Staffing Group, where they honed their skills for three years before joining Addison Group in 2020. At Addison Group, they served as a Recruitment and Business Development Manager, contributing to the growth and success of the company. In the same year, Julia Allmond joined Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, where they held two positions. Firstly, they worked as a Talent Sourcing Partner for nearly two years and then transitioned to the role of a Talent Strategist. Their expertise in strategic talent management and sourcing made their a valuable asset to the organization. Most recently, in 2023, Julia Allmond joined TerrAscend as a Corporate Recruiter, bringing their extensive experience and skills to contribute to the company's recruitment endeavors.

Julia Allmond, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Penn State Abington. Julia also studied Marketing at Loyola University Maryland. In addition to their formal education, Julia has obtained several certifications including Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter from Recruiter Academy in May 2021, Asking Great Sales Questions from LinkedIn in May 2020, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2022.
