Phyo Phyo Zin

Phyo Phyo Zin has worked in a variety of roles in the field of cheminformatics since 2014. In that year, they were a Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Berea College and a Leader of the Catering Team at the Center for International Education. In 2015, they were a Student Web Developer and Web Development Intern at the Computer Science Department at Berea College. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Cheminformatics Graduate Research Assistant at NCSU Chemistry, a Cheminformatics Intern at Collaborations Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and a Scientist I and Cheminformatics Postdoc at Simulations Plus, Inc. Most recently, they have been a Cheminformatics Scientist at Terray Therapeutics since 2022.

Phyo Phyo Zin's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cheminformatics from North Carolina State University (2016-2020), a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry and Computer Science from Berea College (2012-2016), a Certificate in Liberal Arts from the Pre-Collegiate Program of the Diplomatic School Yangon (2011-2012), and a High School Diploma from Practising High School Yangon Institute of Education (1998-2009). Additionally, Phyo Phyo Zin has obtained a Doctor of Philosophy from North Carolina State University in May 2020, and a Proliteracy America Volunteer Tutor Training Certificate of Completion from Project Read in January 2015.
