Martin Piotte

Martin Piotte has extensive experience in the construction industry. From 2016, they worked as the CTO and Director of Technology & Innovation at TERREAL. In this role, they were responsible for R&D, managing new resources, evaluating new technologies, and building relationships with university and equipment suppliers. Martin also contributed to the evaluation of new investments.

Prior to TERREAL, Martin worked at SINIAT from 2005 to 2016 as the Quality & Process Optimization Director. Before that, they were the Gypsum & Roofing Research Portfolio Director at Lafarge Centre de Recherche from 1998 to 2005.

Martin Piotte obtained a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the Université de Sherbrooke between 1982 and 1992.
