Jeff Kelley

Jeff Kelley is the co-founder and former COO of Territory Foods. Jeff conceived of and implemented a decentralized platform and algorithm for scaling personalized meals and menus. Jeff built and led a rock star remote operations & culinary team and headed up strategy and development of the logistics, culinary, finance, M & A, and HR platforms for the venture-backed food tech company.

Prior to Territory Foods, Jeff Kelley was the founder & CEO of Wonky Ventures from 2010 to 2013. Jeff then served as Senior Vice President at The JBG Companies from 2005 to 2010. From 1997 to 2002, they were a Combat Armor Officer in the United States Army.

Jeff Kelley started their educational career with a B.S. in Economics and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Jeff then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Natural Health, with a focus on Nutrition and Physiology, from Clayton College of Natural Health. Finally, they earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance from the Yale School of Management.
