Henk Houf

Henk Houf serves as the COO and VP of Operations & Manufacturing at Terumo Europe since April 2018. Henk also owns and manages Solvypro, an independent management consultancy, since November 2014. Prior experiences include roles such as Plant Manager at Dana Incorporated and COO at laboratoire Gifrer, where responsibilities encompassed full operational management, P&L, and compliance with various industry standards. Earlier in the career, Henk held positions at Schütz Benelux BV and Donaldson, contributing to operations, supply chain management, and property management across multiple manufacturing facilities. Henk holds a Master of Science in Industrial Sciences with a focus on Chemistry/Biotechnology from the University of Ghent and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.
