Marika Kuusela

Marika Kuusela began their career as an Academic Researcher and PhD Candidate at the University of Oulu in 1997, focusing on scientific research in biochemistry. Marika then transitioned to work as an Area Sales Manager and Product Manager at Labnet Oy from 2001 to 2007, managing commercial operations for biotechnological materials. Marika then joined GlaxoSmithKline, where they held roles such as Sales Representative and Product Manager, focusing on vaccines and malaria prevention. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Terveystalo in various roles, including Key Account Manager, Development Manager, Unit Director, and currently as the Business Unit Director for Massage Education and Massage Services, overseeing business development and strategic leadership. Throughout their career, Marika has demonstrated a strong focus on business development, leadership, and achieving growth and profitability goals in various industries.

Marika Kuusela completed their Master's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Oulu in the years 1993 to 1998.
