Taneli Hirvola

Taneli Hirvola has a diverse work experience history. Taneli started as a Market Analyst Trainee at Vaisala Oyj in 2009. Taneli then moved on to a CEO role at aTalent Recruiting in 2008. Following this, they became a Member of the Executive Board at Aalto University Student Union in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Consultant at August Associates before joining aTalent Recruiting as a Member of the Board from 2012 to 2015. Taneli then transitioned to a role as Principal and Head of Healthcare practice in Finland at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2014 to 2021. Currently, Taneli serves as Vice President at Terveystalo, first as Director of Consumer Products from 2021 to 2022, then as Vice President of TMO & Strategy from 2022 to 2023, and currently as Vice President of TMO, Strategy, and M&A starting in 2023.

Taneli Hirvola completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan in 2009. Taneli later pursued their Master of Science in Strategic Management at Aalto University from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, they also participated in exchange studies at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) focusing on Management of Technology and Financial Engineering.
