Gill Sinclair

Gill Sinclair is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of People at Tesco Bank since January 2022, Gill previously held various significant roles at Diageo from 2004 to 2022, including Global Human Resources Transformation Change and Communication Business Lead, HR Business Partner, and Global Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier experience includes HR Consultant at the Royal Bank of Scotland (2000-2004) and HR Officer at HLB Kidsons (1998-2000). Gill holds a PG Dip in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Social & Management Sciences, both from Edinburgh Napier University.
