Matt Brady

Matt Brady is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of People at both Tesco Insurance and Money Services and Tesco Bank since June 2023, Brady previously held the position of Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner at John Lewis & Partners. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Sky, RWE npower, Barclays, Balfour Beatty plc, Bright Finance Ltd, and Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS FT. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield and an MSc in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
