Diane Naidoo

Diane Naidoo has a diverse range of work experience in the accounting field. Diane began their career at PwC South Africa as a Trainee Accountant, specializing in the Consumer Industry Products and Services sector. After completing their training contract, they joined FirstRand Bank Limited as a Financial Manager, where they managed the Capital portfolio and prepared financial reports for internal management reporting.

Diane then moved to PwC, where they worked as a Senior Associate in the Investment Management department. Their responsibilities included planning and executing financial statement audits for Mutual Funds and Private Equity investment funds. Diane also managed teams of junior staff members and exercised project management and coaching skills.

After their time at PwC, Diane joined EY as an Assistant Manager and later as a Manager. In these roles, they provided technical accounting support to clients in the telecommunications industry, focusing on implementing new accounting standards and assisting with data analysis for special projects.

Most recently, Diane joined Tesco Mobile as the Head of Revenue and Margin Accounting, where they lead a team in managing the accounting and reporting for commercial activities. Diane also serves as the Accounting Chapter Lead and Product Owner, overseeing reporting, forecasting, and planning for various revenue and cost lines.
