Autumn Pray is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving innovative solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Director Stores at Tesco since July 2024, Autumn focuses on enhancing digital products for improved customer and colleague experiences. Previously, Autumn held several key roles at FARFETCH, including Vice President of Product Development, where leadership spanned teams working on search, recommendations, and Generative AI fashion assistance. Autumn also contributed to the NHS as Deputy Chief Product Officer during the Covid-19 app development. Other notable positions include Chief Product Officer at Kaluza, and multiple roles at Gap Inc., where direction of product management teams led to significant advancements in e-commerce capabilities. Autumn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and has international educational experience from Hitotsubashi University.
