Holly Smaill

Holly Smaill is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Tesco since January 2023. Holly has a strong background in corporate and commercial law, having practiced as a Solicitor at MC from February 2022 to January 2023, and at Carter Chung Law from February 2021 to February 2022. Prior experience includes a Solicitor role at MinterEllisonRuddWatts from February 2019 to February 2021, where Holly also started as a Law Clerk in late 2017. Holly's experience in the legal field is complemented by a Bachelor of Laws with Honours First Class and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies from the University of Otago, alongside a Master of International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington. Additionally, Holly gained early work experience in hospitality at Speights Ale House.
