Liang Yi Qun

Liang Yi Qun, also known as Gavin, currently serves as the Director of APAC IT at Tesla, a position held since September 2017. Prior to this role, Gavin was with Siemens from May 2010 to September 2017, where leadership included Head of IT User Experience, Head of IT Procurement for North East Asia, and Head of Service Management, focusing on enhancing IT competence and service delivery across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. Earlier experience includes positions at Siemens Healthcare and HKT Teleservices, along with technical management roles at Steptech, with expertise in network engineering. Gavin holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Sciences from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completed in 2004.
