Meghanath Esikela

Meghanath Esikela is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on automotive engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Process Engineer at Tesla since January 2025, Meghanath previously held roles at Rivian, including Rivian Campus Ambassador and Engineering Intern in Process Engineering. Meghanath's leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of the Graduate Student Advisory Committee at the University of Michigan Integrative Systems + Design from October 2023 to August 2024. Additional internships include a position as a Design Engineer at WARAR ENERGY in early 2022 and extensive involvement with Team Ojas Racing as Head Of the Department for Chassis from December 2019 to June 2022. Meghanath Esikela holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Automotive Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Vellore Institute of Technology.
