Raechelle Laughlin

Raechelle Laughlin is currently a Senior Counsel in Real Estate at Tesla, a position held since 2024. Previously, Raechelle served as Associate General Counsel for Litigation & Corporate at SmileDirectClub and held various roles at Phantom Fireworks, including Deputy General Counsel. Raechelle garnered experience as Corporate Counsel at Stark Enterprises and has held multiple legal positions in earlier years, including Law Clerk at Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings and Student Associate at LexisNexis. Raechelle earned a B.A. in Art History and French from Hiram College and a JD from the University of Akron School of Law.
