Sierra Burns is an experienced operations and project management professional currently serving as Sr. Staff Operations Lead for After Sales Revenue at Tesla since September 2019, after holding various project management roles including overseeing flat tire operations. Prior to this, Sierra worked at Kids Quest as Assistant Director and at Tesla as a Senior Delivery Advisor, focusing on enhancing the customer experience during the delivery process. Sierra also possesses a background in energy solutions from SolarCity, along with extensive customer service and sales experience from positions at Serenity Spa & Soul Yoga and Massage Envy Spa.
