Philippe Quenon

Philippe Quenon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Philippe began their career as an energy engineer at Petrochim (Fina Olefins) in 1986, before moving on to Tessenderlo Chemie in 1987 as a process/production engineer in electrolysis. Philippe then worked at Chemilyl as a plant manager from 1992 to 1995, followed by a role as chef du departement development at Produits Chimiques de Loos from 1995 to 1997. Quenon served as the technical director at Tessenderlo Italia from 1997 to 2002, and then took on various roles at Tessenderlo Chemie from 2002 to 2018, including director of industrial development, business development & technology manager, and director of technology & innovation - BU Water Treatment. Most recently, they joined Tessenderlo Group in 2018 as the Group Technology & Energy Director.

Philippe Quenon obtained a degree in chemical engineering from Ghent University, where they studied from 1981 to 1986.
