Tom Geuens

Tom Geuens has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tom currently holds the position of Head of Compensation & Benefits at Tessenderlo Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Group Compensation and Benefits Director at Ideal Standard International NV for six years from May 2017 to October 2023. Tom also worked as an International Mobility Project Manager at Deloitte Belgium from September 2016 to May 2017. Tom has also been associated with The Coca-Cola Company as the Global Mobility Lead Europe, Eurasia & Africa from January 2013 to January 2016. Tom'sprevious roles include Global Mobility & Rewards Manager Europe, Global Mobility Manager, and Planning & Performance Manager Global Headquarters at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2006 to 2012. Tom began their career as a Case Manager at Social Psychiatry, where they worked from July 1998 to May 2006.

Tom Geuens holds a Master's degree in Labor Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
