Juan Cáceres Salazar

Juan Cáceres Salazar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Juan started their career at Omega Systems in 2012, where they worked as a Modelador 3D (CAD) and As-Built 3D, specializing in engineering reverse of mining parts. Juan also served as an Especialista PLM, providing technical support and demonstrations for Siemens PLM software products. In 2014, they joined RCM Engineering as a Modelador 3D (CAD) and As-Built 3D, focusing on 3D modeling of mining parts and conducting As-Built plant analysis. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Modelador 3D (CAD) and As-Built 3D at an unnamed company, specializing in the mining sector and providing training on Siemens PLM software. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Incad Service as a Modelador 3D y Analista CAD, handling 3D modeling, data analysis, and wear analysis of mechanical parts. Since 2020, Juan has been working at Hites as an Analista de Control de Gestión/Analista BI, responsible for developing Oracle Cloud WMS reporting modules and generating dashboards and web reports. Juan also worked on process automation, data analysis, and report generation using Microsoft Power BI. Finally, in 2023, Juan joined Tessera Data as a Developer Engineer I, where they currently hold this role.

Juan Cáceres Salazar began their education journey in 2004 at the Universidad de Chile, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Humanities with a specialization in Philosophy. Juan completed their studies in 2007.

In 2008, Juan enrolled at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and pursued a degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology. Juan successfully completed this program in 2011.

After a gap in their education, Juan resumed their studies in 2019 at Duoc UC, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming. Juan completed their studies in 2021 and earned the title of "Analytical Computational Programmer" with a specialization in computer programming.

Most recently, in 2021, Juan joined Duoc UC to further expand their knowledge and skills in the field of Data Science by enrolling in a Diploma program. Juan is currently pursuing a Diplomado en Ciencia de Datos, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
