Kristen Cook

Kristen Cook has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kristen most recently worked at Tessera Data, starting as a Product Manager in April 2019 and eventually becoming a Senior Product Manager in November 2020. Kristen then transitioned to a role as Staff Customer Success Manager in August 2022 and is currently working as a Revenue Enablement specialist since February 2023.

Prior to joining Tessera Data, Kristen worked at the Background Investigation Bureau (BIB) where they served as a Criminal Record Researcher from August 2016 to September 2017. Kristen then took on a role as a Research Team Supervisor from November 2017 to March 2019.

Kristen Cook obtained a Bachelor's degree in Crime and Justice Studies from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they have also earned two certifications from edX: one in Achieving Product-Market Fit, earned in June 2022, and another in Product Management Fundamentals, earned in April 2022.
