Mandy Chiang joined Test Rite in 1999. She currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources. She is dedicated to enhancing employee quality and energy and pushing the Group toward its “happiness business” goal.
Chiang has been working at Test Rite for more than two decades. She previously served as a sales manager, then Director of the Legal and Customer Satisfaction Department, before taking office as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources, accumulating rich professional experience along the way. In 2011, Chiang helped assemble a customer satisfaction team to encourage sales-related departments to offer higher-quality service, which consequently led to HOLA and TLW being awarded first and second place, respectively, in the Home & Lifestyle category at Global Views Monthly magazine’s 2019 Five-Star Service Awards. She has also been an advocate of the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) and Taiwan Personal Information Protection and Administration System (TPIPAS) certification as a means of safeguarding the rights and interests of both the Group and its customers.
