Kush Semwal has a diverse range of work experience. Kush started their career as a Student Researcher at Defence Research and Development Organisation in 2015. Kush then worked as a Freelance Web Developer before joining Defence Research and Development Organisation again as a Graduate Research Fellow in 2017. In 2018, they transitioned to the e-learning industry as a Growth Consultant. Kush then joined Testbook in 2019, where they held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Manager, Senior Recruitment Manager & HRBP, and Lead - Talent Acquisition & Analytics | HRBP. Throughout their tenure at Testbook, they played a key role in talent acquisition and analytics, market mapping, sourcing, and recruiting tech and product talent. Kush'sresponsibilities also included evaluating and optimizing the organization's talent pool and using HR analytics to uncover valuable patterns and trends.
