Polina Stoliazh

Polina Stoliazh has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and personnel development. Polina currently holds the position of HR Team Lead at QArea and TestFort since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People Partner at QArea from July 2021. Before joining QArea, they were an HR/Recruitment Coordinator at QArea from April 2021 to July 2021 and at TestFort from April 2021. In 2020, they worked as a Personnel Development Professional at ISEI Retail Group from May 2020 to April 2021.

Polina Stoliazh attended Kremenchuk State Polytechnical University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. During their time at the university, they obtained certifications in "The use of metaphorical associative cards in the work of a psychologist" in December 2018 and "Theory and practice of psychological assistance" in December 2017. Additionally, Polina obtained certifications in Human resources management from the School of HRM in December 2022, and in Employer branding and HR manager from Laba in July 2021 and March 2021, respectively.
