Otávio Leitão Rosa

Otávio Rosa began their work experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Eletronuclear in 2005. In 2006, they joined Globo.com as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Affero Lab. Otávio then transitioned into the role of Software Development Manager at Affero Lab from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they continued in the position of Software Development Manager at Affero Lab. In 2017, Otávio joined Travelport as a Software Development Manager, a role they held until 2019. Otávio is currently employed as the Director of Engineering at TestReach since March 2019.

Otávio Rosa has a diverse educational background in the field of technology and business. Otávio obtained a Technology Leadership Program degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2024. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Trinity College Dublin between 2015 and 2017.

In 2010, Otávio completed a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Otávio began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Technology from UERJ in 2008.

Before their university studies, Otávio attended Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca, where they acquired a Technician degree in Programming in 2004.

To supplement their education, Otávio also obtained certifications in the industry. Otávio became a SAFe® Certified Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2018. Furthermore, they became a Sun Certified Java Programmer through Sun Microsystems in September 2008.
