Narain Muralidharan has a diverse range of work experience. Sathyanarain is currently the Director of Marketing at Testsigma, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were an Angel Investor for multiple startups starting in 2021. Sathyanarain'sinvestment thesis mainly focused on early-stage, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, and deep engineering startups.

Prior to Freshworks, Narain gained experience as a Full Stack Marketer at Vembu Technologies in 2013, a Business Development Manager at MEL Systems and Services Ltd. from 2012 to 2013, and in Business Development at Everonn Technical Education India Ltd. from 2011 to 2012.
Sathyanarain (Narain) Muralidharan began their education in 2002 at DAV Matric, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Anna University, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering. In 2010 to 2011, Narain attended Chennai Business School, where they earned a Post Graduate Program in Marketing and Communications Management (PGPM).
