Ulrich Baginski

Ulrich Baginski has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ulrich is currently working as a Project Business Expert at TESVOLT GmbH since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Project Management at Mounting Systems GmbH from March 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they held the same position at Younicos from March 2016 to January 2020. Ulrich also worked as the Vice President of Industrial Projects & IT at Atotech Group from May 2013 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Project Execution at Uhde Inventa-Fischer GmbH from January 2010 to March 2013 and as a Project Director at UHDE GmbH from August 2001 to December 2009. Ulrich started their career as an Assistant of Management Board at SMS MEVAC GmbH from September 1995 to July 2001 and as a Lead Engineer at Krupp Polysius GmbH from August 1989 to August 1995.

Ulrich Baginski earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from Ruhr University Bochum. Ulrich attended this university from 1982 to 1989 and specialized in the field of Mechanical Engineering. In addition, they obtained a certification in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Department of Welfare, University of Potsdam, in December 2011.
