The current leadership team at Tether has a history of working in design and marketing industries. Many members have worked as designers or copywriters for companies such as Starbucks, Nike, and Lego. The team is also experienced in project management, event coordination, and recruitment. Many members have also pursued higher education, studying subjects such as human resources, graphic design, English literature, and industrial design.
