Taylor Davis has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, Taylor began working as a Merchandising Brand Team Member and Team Trainer at Target. In 2014, Taylor worked as a Nanny, where they developed and implemented discipline programs to promote positive behavior, safely transported children to and from school, and managed households while parents were away. In 2015, Taylor worked as a Server at The Goodnight. In 2016, Taylor worked as a Server at Irene's, where they consistently provided professional, friendly and engaging service, quickly recorded transactions in ALOHA system, and demonstrated genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with guests. In 2017, Taylor worked as a Data Analyst Lead and an Administrative Intern in the Quality/Regulatory Department at St. David's HealthCare. In 2018, Taylor worked as a Fleet Operations Specialist Contractor via Adecco at Waymo. Since 2019, Taylor has worked in various roles at Tethr, including Customer Success Manager, Senior Analyst, Speech Analytics, and Speech Analytics Analyst. In this role, Taylor has assisted in Tethr's vision of a world where every company listens and every customer is heard by quickly, easily, and accurately turning large amounts of unstructured voice of customer conversation data into insights that fuel smarter decisions and improved business performance.

Taylor Davis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Texas State University between 2015 and 2017. In January 2020, Davis obtained the Tethr Insight Builder Certification from Tethr. Additionally, in January 2017, Davis obtained the Basic Certificate of Quality and Safety from IHI.
