Ana Badagadze

Ana Badagadze serves as the Director of Operations at Tetra Tech since April 2024. Previously, Ana held the position of Head of Support Services at MAG from July 2021 to March 2024 and worked as a Senior Operations Expert Assistant for the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights during a short-term assignment in late 2020. Ana's extensive experience in operational management includes roles with People in Need, where key responsibilities spanned multiple regions, ensuring compliance with donor regulations, managing budgets, and overseeing human resources. Ana also has foundational experience in finance and accounting from early positions at Transparency International Georgia and Goodwill Ltd. Ana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Reporting, and Audit from Tbilisi State University and is a member of ACCA.
