Tigran Arzumanyan

Tigran Arzumanyan is an accomplished ICT expert with extensive experience in energy security and renewable energy projects. Currently working at Tetra Tech since April 2019, Tigran holds key positions such as ICT Expert for the RMI Energy Security Project and Head of Technical and IT Solutions for the Energy Security Project under USAID. Previous roles include leadership in renewable energy initiatives in Armenia and various advisory positions on smart metering and market liberalization for USAID and ADB projects. Tigran served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of RA from May 2018 to April 2019 and accumulated significant experience at "Settlement Center" CJSC, including roles as Chief Information Officer. Tigran began the career as an Information Technology Engineer at "CIT" LLC and holds a degree from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, graduated in 2013.
