Vinod Shetty

Vinod Shetty is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Country Head of HR for Teva Pharmaceuticals in the India Region since April 2021, Vinod has previously held significant HR leadership roles at prominent companies, including Sanofi as Director of BHR for India MCO, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of HR & Global Sales Training, and Pfizer as Group Lead of HR for India and Vietnam. Early career experience includes a key HR role at Tata Donnelley, focusing on industrial relations and employee engagement. Educational qualifications include a PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD Delhi, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai, and a Masters of Labour Studies, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the same university.
