Paul Kaplan

Paul Kaplan, PhD, MBA, is currently serving as the Vice President of Development Operations at Tevard Biosciences, where responsibilities include advancing the development portfolio through program governance, scenario planning, and implementing tracking tools. Previously, Kaplan held significant roles at CRISPR Therapeutics as Executive Director of Program Management, overseeing critical component manufacturing and IND filings for gene editing therapeutics, and at Alzheon, Inc. as Head of Project Planning & Operations, focusing on the development of an oral therapeutic for Alzheimer's Disease. With extensive experience at Genzyme Corporation as Senior Director of Program Management and various positions at Creative Biomolecules, including leading neuroscience research, Kaplan's background also includes an academic role at Harvard Medical School and a fellowship at the Salk Institute. Educational credentials consist of a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, an MBA from Northeastern University, and an AB in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
