David Pointon

David Pointon is a highly experienced professional in disaster response and management, currently serving as a FEMA Public Assistance Subject Matter Expert at CounterMarch Disaster Services since July 2024, while also holding an adjunct instructor position at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. With a longstanding career at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as the Information Management Section Chief and substantial experience at FEMA as an Operational Planner, David Pointon has developed and implemented essential regional plans for disaster recovery operations.
