Barbara Green

Barbara Green is a Ticket to Work & Disability Resources Coordinator at Workforce Alliance. Barbara is a Certified Work Incentive Counselor providing benefits counseling to Social Security disability recipients. Barbara also holds the title of Certified Work Incentive Counselor for Ticket to Work, and as a Secure Jobs Coordinator, Barbara collaborates with homeless services agencies to coordinate grant programs in the New Haven and Meriden region. Additionally, Barbara has experience as an Education Specialist at ACES, managing various WIOA-funded programs for youth and young adults. Barbara holds a Certified Work Incentive Practitioner Ticket to Work degree from Cornell University, along with other education credentials from Fairfield University, Elmira College, and Bay Path University.
