Fsedi Jim Schultz Cfo

Jim Schultz serves as the CFO for FSEDI and has extensive experience in fire services and training coordination. Currently, Jim is the Regional Training Coordinator at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, a position held since April 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating training for first responders and facilitating National Fire Academy courses. Prior to this role, Jim served the McAllen Fire Department for three decades, progressing from Firefighter to Fire Chief. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science, both from South Texas College, along with a high school diploma from Douglas MacArthur High School, San Antonio, Texas.
