Rusty Parker

Rusty Parker is a retired law enforcement officer with extensive experience as a firearms and explosives trainer. Currently working as a Firearms Instructor at Best Shot and Adjunct Instructor for Explosives at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. Rusty has also served in various roles such as Criminalist/Detective/E.O.D. at the State of Delaware, Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, Police Officer at City of Salisbury Police Department, and Service Specialist/Asst. Manager at Duron Paints. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Salisbury State College, Rusty's expertise and knowledge are invaluable in their current roles.
