David Bridges

Dr. David Bridges received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in aerospace engineering from Mississippi State University in 1986 and 1987, respectively, and his Ph.D. in Aeronautics from the California Institute of Technology in 1993. He taught aerospace engineering at Mississippi State for over 19 years, before joining the mechanical engineering faculty at Texas A&M University -- Corpus Christi in the fall of 2012. He became the Director of the TAMU-CC Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program in the spring of 2013. In the fall of 2015, he was named Chair of the Department of Engineering at TAMU-CC.
