Mikaela Boham

Associate Professor, COEHD-Kinesiology at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi

Mikaela Boham earned her bachelor of science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a master of science in exercise and sports science with a biophysical emphasis from Boise State University, and a doctorate of education from Boise State University. Prior to coming to TAMUCC, she served as the Athletic Training Program director at New Mexico State University for five years. Her research interests include sports injuries with emphasis on lower extremity injuries and concussions. In addition, she has also examined the overall incident of injuries within rodeo athletes.
