Steve Ferguson

Dr. Ferguson is a university professor and management consultant with more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. He has been chief executive office of a $10 billion bank and member of the board of directors of a $28 billion bank. As a bank executive, he has led, management, and participated in significant strategy development and transformation initiatives.

As a consultant Dr. Ferguson has worked with clients, guiding them through emotionally and politically charged situations to gain strategic advantage and organizational alignment. He has demonstrated ability to plan and lead the design and implementation of behavioral, cultural, and organizational change initiatives.

Dr. Ferguson spoke at the National Association of Corporate Directors conference on board of director effectiveness.

Industry experience includes financial services, oil & gas, restaurant, and governmental entities.

Dr. Ferguson served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
