Jay McNeil, a Bachelor's degree holder in Architecture from the University of Houston, has experience working as an Associate at PhiloWilke Partnership from 2006 to 2014 before transitioning to Texas-IBI Group, Inc. in 2015, where Jay currently holds the title of Assistant Project Manager.
