Fred Kaiser

Fred Kaiser, MBA serves as the Treasurer and Region 2 Director at Texas Association of Soccer Coaches (TASCO) since May 2013. Additionally, Fred is the Frisco Liberty HS Boys Soccer Coach at Frisco ISD since August 2006. Alongside their work in soccer, Fred is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Developing Working Hands, a company that focuses on supporting indigenous populations in the Americas to reduce poverty and improve living standards. Fred holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1998 to 2000.
