Aidan Read

Aidan Read currently serves as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Division and previously in the Transportation Division at the Texas Attorney General's office since September 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Research Specialist III and Law Clerk at Hagner Law PC from March 2021 to September 2023, as well as positions at Lewis & Clark Law School as a Research Assistant and at the International Animal and Environmental Law Clinic as a Clinic Student during the 2022-2023 academic year. Additional law clerk roles were held at Brindle McCormack P.C. and KARMEL SAVAGE, P.C., along with a legal externship at the Cowlitz County Office of Public Defense. Early career experience includes serving as Staff Development Director at Camp Capers and a Legal Assistant at Rick Davis & Associates. Aidan Read earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International/Global Studies from Texas A&M University.
